	How can I get rid of pimples?
	Use 2 neem capsules with water in the morning. Take surakta blood purifier 2-3 times a day with water. Follow these 2 medicines for 3-4 months and gradually the pimples will lessen in number and intensity before completely disappearing.

	How can I get rid of pimples?
	Hi, I had sever acne problem in teens and got lost in same world as you. Then I read a cure/prevention in Reader's digest "Foods that heal, foods that harm" and for the first time, it worked. I dnt have this problem now but whenever I have, I do same thing and my acne vanishes before they have erupted. To make it simpler for you, zinc is an antedote for acne. Take zinc supplement for a aweek and u'll notice results. But my advice is to have zinc rich foods and avoid junk food for prevention. Supplement should be taken only for cure.
